I serve as Executive Vice President at MoreWell Protection Group, where I oversee Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Analytics. I’m known for building efficient, people-first organizations — blending deep HR expertise with financial acumen, operational leadership, and technical capability to drive excellence across the company.
Beyond those four pillars, I manage our IT infrastructure, including HRIT and HRIS systems, so technology, people operations, and business processes stay integrated. I’m an expert in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate, designing custom automation flows, email campaigns, and workflows that streamline day-to-day work. I also oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting, using data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
Titles don’t build trust — consistency does. Whether I’m inside MoreWell or sharing online, the through-line is the same: invite hard truths early, celebrate the person who speaks up, and measure success by who gets better because you led.
